Our Services

Zevin helps e-commerce merchants make their products visible to AI shopping assistants. We do not guarantee specific placement, ranking, or recommendation outcomes on any AI platform. AI platforms operate independently, and their recommendations are outside our control.

Fees and Payment

Certain features of our services may require payment. Fees will be clearly communicated before you incur any charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the services. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability
